La Chèvrerie of Sassay

Participant of the peasant charter, the Sassay goat farm with which we have been working since the beginning is a small family farm. We know their methods of working and the products very well. Even the goats have no secrets for us! We call them by their first names! Hervé Barbeillon rears his 110 goats and produces his own cheese...

The House of Prune

The prune that is found in the raw duck breast with prunes comes from the Maison du Pruneau in Lafite-sur-Lot, Lot-et-Garonne. A family business of producers, prune processors guaranteed free of preservatives for 4 generations. Today Christine Messines Cadreils is at the head of this company which celebrated its centenary in 2016.
